Metallica keytrack preview in the July/August issue of
HammerWorld magazine

 

Initially, I have not planned to dedicate a chapter to Metallica in my upcoming book titled Keytracks (release date: 19/10/1971), but when the publisher of HammerWorld magazine approached me to reveal a preview from the book in each of their ten issues of 2021, there was no question to include James Hetfield. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity for Lászlo Cselőtei because the research I made for this chapter unveiled facts and qualities I was not aware of via listening to the Metallica catalog, attending their concerts, reading interviews with the band members. By the end of the writing process, James Hetfield ascended into the imaginary hall of my heroes.
